As the Administrative Assistant , your goal will be to provide assistance to the account management team and providing administrative assistance to the general office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct general office duties, such as answering phones, maintaining records, etc.
  • Handle correspondences via mail and email, prioritizing and organizing for executive response
  • Oversee office supply inventory and initiate orders when required
  • Coordinate with team members and liaise with clients and vendors
  • Handle day-to-day employee questions about HR, payroll, and benefits
  • Collect, validate, and forward documents to clients and carriers
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollments
  • Track benefit changes and liaise with benefit providers
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports
  • Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring high levels organizational efficiency and communication

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a bonus.
  • Proven administrative experience of at least 2-4 years
  • Familiarity with office management systems, procedures and office equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams;
