Salary: 60-65,000/yr + Commission

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital, printing, and advertising sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies
* Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and product enhancements
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
* Moderate travel required
Qualifications:
* 3+ Years of experience in digital, printing, and advertising sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
* Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, HubSpot, Monday.com and ZoomInfo experience preferred

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
