Founded by Dr. Robert Todd Hurst (20 years at Mayo Clinic), we’re building a new model of proactive, personalized healthcare.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and personable Sales Setter to join our growing team. You’ll be the first contact many of our prospective patients have, making it essential that you are kind, articulate, confident, and results-driven. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who loves healthcare, sales, and helping people improve their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Engage warm leads via phone, text, email, and social media DMs
• Qualify leads using proven scripts and criteria
• Schedule discovery calls and assessments with our enrollment specialist
• Follow up using sequences and reminders to boost show rates
• Track, manage, and update leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Record call notes and maintain accurate prospect data
• Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to improve the process
• Join weekly virtual team meetings and trainings

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
• Confidence and clarity on the phone, with strong written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred, or similar)
• Tech-savviness and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Mission-driven, excited to help people live longer, healthier lives

Compensation & Logistics

• Base pay: $3,000/month + commission
• Flexible scheduling with overlap during U.S. business hours
• Fully remote (U.S. applicants only)
• Contract role (1099) with potential to grow into full-time, W2 employment
