Our client, a national specialty contractor, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their growing Phoenix branch.
This entry-level role is part of a hands-on training program where you’ll gain comprehensive experience across all aspects of specialty contracting project management, focused on industrial and commercial projects, including mechanical insulation, firestop, and industrial coatings. From office work and estimating to field supervision and client interaction, you’ll learn what it truly takes to manage specialty contracting projects from start to finish.
As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll rotate between office tasks, client meetings, and job site activities—supporting field teams, preparing estimates, coordinating schedules, and making real decisions within the first few months. This role is designed for candidates who are hungry to learn, ambitious, and ready to get their hands dirty in all areas of specialty contracting project management.
This position is open due to company growth and their focus on developing future leaders. The training program is structured to accelerate your learning curve, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to become a well-rounded specialty construction professional.
If you’re eager to learn the full lifecycle of project management—from preconstruction through execution—and want a role that combines field experience, client interaction, and rapid professional development, we encourage you to apply!
