A high-profile creative professional is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support across both personal and professional matters. This individual will act as a trusted right hand — ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, logistics, travel, and household operations while maintaining complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level personal and administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination between home, travel, and work environments.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, appointments, and events across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee household operations, staff coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Anticipate needs and handle personal errands, shopping, and special projects with professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise between the principal and various teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
  • Support logistics for events, meetings, and travel — often requiring flexibility and rapid problem-solving.
  • Track expenses, assist with budgets, and maintain organization across administrative systems.
  • Represent the principal with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting a high-profile individual or senior executive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced schedule, frequent travel, and occasional nontraditional hours.
  • Proficient with Mac/iOS systems and general productivity tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required.
