🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect (Hybrid – Austin, TX)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect to lead enterprise-level initiatives in digital transformation and business process reengineering (BPR) . This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) based in Austin, TX.

What You’ll Do:

Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) – analyze, redesign, and optimize complex business processes.
Develop and maintain business architecture models (BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate).
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring strategic alignment.
Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

12+ years in Business Architect / Senior Business Analyst roles at the enterprise level.
Proven experience leading digital transformation and process improvement projects.
Hands-on expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) framework.
Strong business modeling skills – BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience in healthcare or public sector projects is highly valued.
Professional certifications (CBAP, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) are a plus.
