Responsibilities
- Administer safe nursing care under RN and physician guidance.
- Record patient vitals, dispense medications, and dress wounds.
- Provide assistance with hygiene, comfort, and mobility.
- Keep accurate patient records in EMR software.
- Partner with the care team to achieve patient health goals.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Missouri .
- 1+ year of prior nursing experience preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
