Job Title : CNC Mill Machinist

Location: Caldwell, TX

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC setup, operation, and programming experience, along with excellent attention to precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMM tools.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating CNC milling and turning machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, GD&T, and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Experience with EDM, tooling, or welding a plus.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
