  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of employee relations cases using appropriate systems/tools.
  • Support the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by advising on equitable practices and policies.
  • Lead or contribute to special HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification a plus).

  • Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues.
  • Exceptional communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance culture with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR.
  • Familiarity with international employment law (if supporting global offices).
