A well-funded, fashion and retail-focused digital platform is expanding its FP&A team following a recent capital raise and executive restructuring. This is a high-impact, modeling-heavy role on a lean finance team, offering daily exposure to the CFO and the opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a growing consumer brand.

Ideal Background
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling (non-negotiable)
- Background in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or analytical roles within retail, fashion, or consumer businesses
- Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort with data analysis
- Ability to work independently in a scaling, evolving environment
- Clear communicator who can translate financial insights into business strategy
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain robust 3-statement financial models supporting strategic and operational decisions
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Perform deep analytical work on revenue, margins, inventory, and growth drivers
- Partner closely with accounting to align actuals with forecasts and improve reporting accuracy
- Create executive-level materials for leadership and board discussions
- Support ad hoc initiatives tied to expansion, pricing, and investment decisions
