Position Overview
At Mavis, we are continuously dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our 20,000+ employees and 3,000+ company-owned and franchised locations. Here you would be developing enhancements to our wholesale operations platforms. Our technology is responsible for maintaining inventory, optimizing our supply chain, streamlining AP and AR, and supporting growth to more employees, stores, and distribution centers. You would work closely with other engineers and our product management team, as well as regularly work on-site with other departments to ensure our software is scalable and meets business needs.
Responsibilities
● Work with our engineers and wholesale team to learn our existing internal and B2B software
● Develop new features and enhancements to existing software
● Build high-quality software from the ground up based off of business requirements
● Build APIs or other integrations to enable communication with other internal products or external systems
● Create normalized and relational SQL tables and performant stored procedures
Qualifications
● Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Javascript, HTML, and .NET
● Familiarity with IIS and Git platforms such as GitHub or BitBucket
● Knowledge of Classic ASP and VBScript is a plus
● 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer or similar position
● BA degree in related subject or equivalent work experience
● Proven experience building web applications, APIs, and SQL stored procedures
