Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing  Material Handler to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. The selected candidate will be responsible to coordinate incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules
This position is an onsite role.

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

• Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.
• Counts, weighs or measures incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information and variety against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify.
• Completes paperwork or forms required for documentation.
• Determines method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates. Prepares materials for shipping by weighing, packaging and stamping.
• Prepares necessary shipping forms such as bills of lading.
• Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
• Will kit material to support production needs.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Basic Qualifications :  

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects. Physical stamina.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree
• Experience to operate forklift, walker stacker, pallet jack, and other equipment normally associated with loading and unloading trucks. Forklift Operator Certification
• Work outside to load and unload materials year-round.
• Ability to obtain and have two (2) years' experience utilizing a class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with vehicle and hazardous material endorsement.
• Physical warehousing and inventory control experience.
• DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification

Work Location: Camden, Arkansas (relocation support available)

Travel: 0 - 5% mainly within the United States.
