We at Coforge seeking a Project Manager with proven experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP Project Management (MS Dynamics 365), Business Administration, Managing multiple ERP/CRM projects, ERP Migration, Project Planning & Execution, Team & Stakeholder Management, Risk & Change Management

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and vendors.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Risk & Change Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption through training and support.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live support.

Technical Oversight

• Manage ERP migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure best practices in business process automation and system optimization.
• Oversee documentation, release management, and performance tuning.

Post-Implementation

• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in full-cycle ERP project management, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record of managing multiple ERP/CRM projects with team sizes of 5–15.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-500).

Skills

• Strong knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
