OTR Box Truck Driver (CDL-A or CDL-B)
Location: New Britain, Connecticut
Schedule: Over-the-Road, 5 days per week
We are seeking a dependable and professional OTR Box Truck Driver based out of New Britain, CT to run consistent over-the-road lanes. This position offers a straightforward compensation structure with performance-based incentives and long-term stability.
Position Overview
• Operate a box truck on OTR routes
• Remain on the road five days per week
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Compensation
• 20% of net revenue paid to the driver
• Additional 5% performance bonus after three months, based on reliability, on-time performance, and overall professionalism
• Consistent freight and growth opportunity
Qualifications
• Valid CDL-A or CDL-B
• Clean driving record
• 2-4 year OTR experience preferred
• Strong time management and reliability
• Ability to remain OTR for the scheduled workweek
