🔍 What You’ll Do
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the medical-surgical services department.
Ensure high standards of nursing care, patient safety, and staff engagement.
Develop and monitor budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Serve as a mentor and coach to department managers, nurses, and clinical staff, ensuring their professional development and retention.
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and peers to enhance the patient experience and clinical outcomes.
📚 What You Bring
✅ RN license in the State of Texas (or compact state)
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
✅ 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting
✅ Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver measurable results
✅ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
✅ Passion for patient-centered care and nursing excellence
