Job Title: Field Service Engineer Windows 11 Migration and Imaging
Location: St Louis Park, MN (Only Locals)

Job Summary:
Onsite Field Service Engineer – JD
- Performs installation of desktop software products as approved by client.
- Performs additional application installation and/or configuration as required as per advice and guidance from TechM
- 2-3 Years of experience to support L1 level Windows devices break fix Issues
- Completion of tasks as per advice and guidance from TechM
- Participates and communicates effectively with team members.
- Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, and improved customer relations.
- Develops understanding of computer operating system and application interaction with computer equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft desktop products.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and performance improvement.
- Strong end client communication skills should be able to communicate effectively with TechM and Client.
- Able to communicate in Local Language.
- Behaves in a professional manner, adheres to workplace policies, and maintains hygiene.
Onsite Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide or oversee, as appropriate, all installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds and changes for all EUC Equipment, Software, and related services at customer Sites.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs with all affected IT functions (whether the function is included within the Services provided by the Service Provider, as a customer-retained function, or a Third Party).
- Coordinate all internal and external functions and activities to achieve high-quality execution of the IMACs , to meet Service Levels, and to minimize any operational interruption or disturbance to Client.
- Onsite field support and IMACs for customer will follow standard business hours nationally (6AM – 8 PM CST).
- Resident Engineer from the dedicated site will travel to the sites on-demand to address any end user issue.
