Networks Connect is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced, 24/7 Patient Access Department on behalf of our client. What You’ll Do

As the Patient Access Supervisor , you’ll manage the organizational and administrative functions of a multi-location Patient Access team, including Admissions, Emergency Department, Laboratory & Radiology Registration, Scheduling, and Financial Counseling. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive a seamless experience while supporting staff development and meeting fiscal goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating Patient Access staff
  • Overseeing scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and copay collection
  • Monitoring key performance indicators such as registration quality, first pass denials, and time-of-service goals
  • Collaborating with medical, nursing, and finance teams to ensure accurate patient placement and billing processes
  • Driving operational efficiency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handling payroll, scheduling, and administrative duties to keep the department running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Associate’s degree required
  • Experience : 4+ years of healthcare-related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of hospital scheduling and billing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual skills are a plus
  • CHAM Certification (or ability to obtain within the first year of hire)
