Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated Plant Accountant to join the Food Manufacturing team. This role serves as a critical financial partner between operations and accounting, supporting plant-level decision-making through data integrity, inventory control, and accurate cost accounting. The Plant Accountant will ensure that financial, statistical, and operational data is captured, analyzed, and reported with precision, helping drive both operational efficiency and financial success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing or food production experience strongly preferred.
• Strong cost accounting foundation with experience in inventory and plant accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) required; ERP | MRP system experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and operations teams.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

This role will sit ONSITE out of Grand Island, NE.
