Job Description
Our client is currently looking for an Aseptic Manufacturing Supervisor to lead third shift operations (Sunday-Wednesday 6PM-6AM with every other Wednesday off).
This is an on-site position in the Greater Fort Collins, CO area supporting a mid-sized pharmaceutical company. Relocation assistance offered for those needing to relocate.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and mentor a team of aseptic manufacturing employees
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and quality standards
- Drive process improvements and performance excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in GMP manufacturing (aseptic experience preferred)
- Prior supervisor/team lead experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
