Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead routine maintenance and repair tasks in and around the building, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  • Lead development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to extend the life of building systems and equipment.
  • Lead regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Schedule and prioritize preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
  • Diagnose and repair building systems and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for building maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
  • Record and maintain detailed audit records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, materials used, and inspections.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols for the maintenance team.
  • Generate and present reports on maintenance metrics, equipment status and resource utilization.
  • Operate computerized Energy Management systems.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and maintenance concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service. Respond to fix requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills- : Building Maintenance, Facility Management, Preventive & Maintenance, Repair. Knowledge on Knowledge on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
  • Good to have : EMS (Energy Management Systems)
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience Required Proven experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
