ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our Client is a rapidly growing, private equity–backed services company based in Northwest Houston. With strong momentum and a high-growth trajectory, they are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their expanding finance team. This is a high-visibility role that partners across the business to drive financial insights, shape strategy, and support decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play an integral role in managing financial planning and analysis processes across the organization, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional project work, and the opportunity to help shape the company’s financial strategy as it continues its growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for all operations, including management and bank reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Provide leadership with timely reporting and actionable insights on company performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify efficiencies and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze metrics to develop a full understanding of organizational, industry, and regional performance.
  • Support utilization of the company’s BI tools and ensure effective data use across the organization.
  • Partner with the accounting team to align financial reporting structures and support efficient period reporting.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reporting decks and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5+ years of relevant FP&A or financial modeling experience.
  • Experience in private equity, management consulting, or public accounting preferred.
  • Skilled in developing efficient, scalable financial processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional Excel modeling and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational discipline and commitment to accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Project management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing efficient, scalable processes.
