Role Summary:

As a Sr. Sales Representative, you will take on full responsibility of your territory—driving high-volume sales, maintaining key accounts, and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities. You’ll function as a trusted advisor in the industrial supply chain, positioning PGN Bearings as the go-to partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business accounts while deepening relationships with existing strategic clients.
• Develop new customer relationships through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Present and demonstrate PGN Bearings’ product portfolio—bearings, chains, welding wires, etc.—to decision-makers in industrial, manufacturing and agricultural sectors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms, driving profitable growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs; provide feedback to leadership for product/portfolio improvement.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM records.
• Represent company at trade shows, industry conferences and key customer meetings.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior sales reps when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial supply, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Experience developing new business from scratch through outbound prospecting.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing key accounts.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.
