Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for 2–3 recruiters across CST/REST time zones
  • Support high-volume hiring for technical roles such as technicians and electricians
  • Manage pre-employment activities including documentation and onboarding steps
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking reports using Excel
  • Ensure accurate data entry and status updates within the ATS
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps
  • Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team

Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel (trackers, spreadsheets, data updates)
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
  • Basic HR and recruitment coordination tools
  • Email, calendar management, and scheduling tools (Outlook or similar)
  • Data entry and record management

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's.
