Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Analyst to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with proven experience in building test plans, writing user stories, and working within Agile development environments. This role is critical to ensure the quality and reliability of our CRM solution, which supports key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM modules and integrations.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and user stories.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users during testing cycles.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in CRM or ERP projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Power Automate, RSAT).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, or Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
