About Bi-Mart Corporation
Bi-Mart was started by a few people who thought that their neighbors deserved more for their hard-earned dollars. That’s where our $5 lifetime membership stems from. Being a store that wasn’t technically open to the public enabled us to discount merchandise at a time when retailers were required by law to sell products at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. More than 70 years later our mission remains the same, to give our customers more, for less.
We are an employee-owned discount retailer with 85 locations across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, dedicated to offering everyday essentials and exceptional value. In our stores, customers find everything a home needs from groceries, cosmetics, and pet supplies to tools for home improvement projects, automotive and RV maintenance, and gear for outdoor adventures like hunting, fishing, camping, and crabbing at the coast. About the Role
Our Training Specialists create resources that help nearly 3,000 employee-owners at Bi-Mart and Cascade Farm & Outdoor succeed in their roles. Every day looks a little different. One day you might be researching and writing a training guide, another you might be filming a video, designing posters, updating our training website, authoring an online training course, or attending a training seminar.
We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who wants to do meaningful, hands-on work that makes a real difference for our employees. You’ll work with Adobe software for multimedia creation, Articulate for eLearning course authoring, WordPress for our Training website, and Microsoft programs for documents and presentations.
