Senior Business Analyst – Financial Planning Systems | Global Technology Company

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Financial Planning Systems to support enterprise forecasting, reporting, and data governance for a global finance organization. If you have strong FP&A experience and hands-on expertise with Oracle EPBCS, DRM, and Smart View, this is a high-impact role partnering closely with Finance and IT teams worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Support enterprise planning and forecasting in Oracle EPBCS across Spend, Workforce, Capex, Revenue, GM, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data for monthly and quarterly forecast cycles
• Partner with GL Accounting during close to ensure actuals alignment
• Provide global FP&A support for Smart View, forecasting issues, and ad-hoc reporting
• Translate business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements
• Maintain planning models, metadata, and data governance using Oracle EPBCS and DRM
• Lead small to mid-size system enhancements in partnership with Finance and IT
• Create training, documentation, and onboarding materials for global users

What You Bring:

• 4+ years supporting financial planning and FP&A processes (mandatory)
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS, DRM, and Smart View (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems preferred)

📍 Location: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid)

💵 Pay: $65 – $68/hour.
