Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 1 year of contract with potential extension

Location: 3200 Hackberry Road Irving TX 75063 United States

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and target metrics into specific tactical growth programs
• Design and own key growth initiatives to acquire new 7NOW users in target markets, maximizing user growth & ROI within a given budget
• Collaborate with Analytics & Product teams to closely track performance of initiatives and derive insights to deliver continuous improvement in ROI, CAC, and Retention
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Consumer Strategy, and Market Operations team to ensure delivery of multi-channel growth campaigns and cohesive customer experience
• Manages complex, multi-workstream initiatives from concept to launch to iteration
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, actionable briefs for marketing teams and operations teams
• Build business cases for high-priority growth initiatives and present to internal leadership teams to secure buy-in and resources

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; ideally in Business, Marketing, Program Management or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in growth focused roles (e.g., Growth Strategy, S&O, Field Marketing, Market Leader) or Consulting
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver impactful results.
• Prior experience at high-growth B2C ecommerce companies, especially online marketplaces, or growth-oriented business units within larger brands
