When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay. Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (some weekend work possible) Are you a skilled technician with a passion for commercial trucks and tire services? In this role as a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for on-road services at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers. Learn about our culture! Click Here to Hear from our Associates! About the Role: What will you do? - Technical Expertise:Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
- Tire Service:Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
- Safety:Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Work Together:Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
- Physical:Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Requirements - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
- Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
